Hi My name is Kathy, I became a Naturopath/Coach (25+yrs ago) as a result of my son’s health challenges, as well as my own. You see I am a women and as a busy mom/ home based business entrepreneur I faced the same challenges that many of you do each day and having a sick baby added to the stress. I needed to find solutions to restore his health quickly, and in doing so also discovered how to feel better/healthier myself (overcome my hormone imbalance/food intolerances/fatigue).

Then tragedy struck.
