How Stress Affects Women’s Bodies.
Women’s Bodies respond and are affected by stress in different ways to men. There are many stresses in daily life, external stress: work pressure, family disharmony, illness, worry about family members, finances, traffic, time pressure.
Internal stresses: inflammation, irritation, environmental and biochemical toxin overload.
In this short video I did live over on facebook I discuss how stress affects women in particular, and give some tips for helping to manage that relentless stress. How to live with it, eliminate that which doesn’t serve, and make the ride a smoother one.
