We read about (or experience first-hand) the common problem’s women face during menopause, including; weight gain, fatigue, mood swings, hot flushes and night sweats, and more, but…… does this make them normal?

Redefining normal is what I challenge you to today, while the disturbing symptoms experienced during menopause are common they are not really normal. 

They are signs of hormone imbalance.

There are a number of influencing factors that contribute to hormone imbalance.  And there much more than you imagine that you can take control of today. 

If we consider the biggest culprits for hormone destabilisation when women become more stress reactive and insulin resistant. We must consider the control centre for these, which YOU have control over. 

They base back to lifestyle choices. What you consume – eat, and drink. What your time and energy is consumed by.
